This weeks easy grab and go dessert for one of our clients was a hit!

These require a bowl, measuring cup, small whisk or fork and some kind of mold to pour your liquid fat mixture into.
Heres the Recipe!
2 tsp Wild Foods Matcha Powder
2 ounces cocoa butter (liquid)
1/4 C coconut butter-
2 1/2 cashew butter
2 tsp vanilla powder
3 tsp xylitol
1 Tsp coconut milk powder
Melt coconut butter, cashew butter and cocoa butter together in a bowl (for the microwave) in 30 second intervals at medium heat power. Stir in between 30 sec intervals. Once cocoa butter has melted add in Xylitol (or sweetener of choice), vanilla powder and coconut milk powder.
Whisk all items together and pour into your molds. Freeze for minimum 20-35 minutes depending on how big your molds are. Remove from mold and enjoy! TIP: Most fat bombs will melt very fast at room temp. Because of the large amount of coconut butter these contain they tend to stand up to shelf stable temperature better, or at least hot Texas hands!
