Connect you with a personal Chef.
Provide a seasonal and completely customizable menu that is updated regularly. Pick a new menu every week or keep the favorites around, its your choice!
Give you a large chunk of time back by shopping, cooking, packaging and cleaning without sacrificing your food quality.
Help reduce your food waste with a trained Chef who knows how to reincorporate bones and scraps into broths, frittatas and baked goods.
Help you reduce your plastic foot print by sourcing great priced glass containers and using your provided hand towels/ environmentally safe cleaners that you prefer.
How to become a client:
Our scheduling system located HERE allows you to schedule an Initial Phone Consult with our Head Chef Vanessa to get any of your questions answered and to help us build a profile for you.
If we sound like something you would like to try you will then need to schedule a Chef Meet and Greet. Based on your survey answers about food and dietary preferences we will suggest a Chef for you to meet! They will come to your house, tour your kitchen and get to know your family.
Once you’ve completed this process you’re officially part of the Primal Prep Family and can schedule a Chef through our scheduling system for either size prep up to 14 days in advance for any week you would like to make life easier and fill up your fridge with delicious and nutritious foods.
How to save money on your Chef:
For first time clients we offer a 10% Discount on your session. The code NEWPRIMAL can be applied to your meal prep!
REFER A FRIEND- Love your service? Refer 5 friends for a one time 20% discount on your meal prep! Raise your number of referrals by sharing your Chef Prepared food on social media!
Be sure to let your Chef know the names of all 5 potential clients you have referred so we can make sure your receive your discount.
